Nearest Stations: St James Street (Network Rail, 20 minutes from London Liverpool Street, 10 minute walk to ground) and Blackhorse Road (Underground, Victoria Line, 15 minute walk to ground or 158/230 bus). Directions from St James Street: right out of station and second left into Coppermill Lane. Directions from Blackhorse Road: right out of station and along Blackhorse Road. Coppermill Lane is ninth on the right.

Ground C: Powerleague (Fairlop Oak)/London Postal Sports Ground, Forest Road, Barkingside, Essex, IG6 3HJ. Nearest Station: Fairlop (Underground, Central Line). Directions from Station: Turn left out of station into Forest Road. Continue past industrial estate. Powerleague ground is 600 yards on the left, 30 yards after entrance to the rugby club.
