League Match Secretaries

Fixtures in the AFC are controlled by a number of League Match Secretaries. Fixtures will generally be published 10-14 days in advance of games, with the League Match Secretaries making further adjustments to published fixtures on the Sunday and Monday preceding games.
How are AFC fixtures appointed? Who are the League Match Secretaries?

Postponements

Clubs are reminded that if a league or cup match is postponed the League Match Secretary should be informed as soon as possible and not later than 9pm on the DAY OF THE MATCH. If the postponed match is a London Old Boys Cup match then please ensure you also inform the London Old Boys Cup Fixture Secretary - Simon Lambard. These phone calls are essential and in addition to reporting results to Trevor Syms and Fred Nuckey by the usual methods.

Referees

Referee appointments are made by the Referees Secretaries. Click here for more details.

Please note that some elements of the fixtures list (administration details, new referees, changes to addresses etc) will not appear on the website, but will be included on the sheet posted and emailed out to club officers, referees and league officers.

Changes to Fixtures

Please remember that all these fixtures are subject to change up to and including the Monday before games are due to be played. Just because a side is not shown as having a fixture on this list does not been a fixture will not be appointed closer to the date. Any such changes to these fixtures will NOT necessarily appear on the website, and will be communicated directly to clubs by the various League

Spring Cups

Click here for details of Spring Cups. The Fixtures Committee may at its discretion establish short competitions for teams whose League program is likely to be completed at an early date before the end of the season.
